Experienced Facilitators
Jennifer Lawson and Charles Gaby created Sync Yoga & Wellbeing in 2011. In addition to being a yoga instructor, Jennifer is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in working with children on the autism spectrum and their families. Jen is an experienced workshop facilitator on a variety of topics.

Charles has 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, training and group work.  He has presented workshops throughout the country to businesses, academic groups, schools and faith groups. He is also the Training Director for the Institute for Restorative Communities.

In addition to Charles and Jen, the Sync team has a variety of teachers and facilitators to match almost any need.

Meetings with Soul
The Sync studios can provide the perfect venue for a team retreat.  Imagine the possibilities of combining a strategic planning meeting with yoga movement designed to fit the needs of the team to enhance concentration and creativity. When it’s time for lunch or after-meeting socializing, our rooftop deck can provide a unique place for friendly conversation complete with musicians and catering.
